Job summary

Responsibilities include supporting meeting coordination, material tracking, progress reporting, and learning through exposure to RFIs, shop drawings, and project lifecycle activities on a real-world site.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in college/university degree program or Co-op, minimum 1 year completed.
• Desire to learn in construction management and related fields.
• Ability to work standard hours and overtime as determined by assignment.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to read and comprehend written information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day supervised activities to build foundational knowledge in construction management, safety protocols, and project lifecycle.
• Support project team with meeting coordination, material tracking, file management, and progress reporting.
• Relate and apply academic knowledge to work activities on the project site.
• Maintain professional relationships with employees, customers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Participate in training, meetings, and orientation; comply with safety protocols and PPE.
