Qualifications

• Pursuing a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the laptop refresh program.
• Prepare laptops in the Desktop Lab in Syracuse including imaging and software installation.
• Coordinate with end users across the Syracuse region to schedule equipment drop-offs/ pickups.
• Work with a mentor and independently manage assignments with needed tools.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
