Job summary

Excellus Health Plan, Inc. invites university students to participate in a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program. Interns will attend development workshops, network with teams, and work on meaningful projects across various business and IT tracks.

Mentoring and ongoing learning are central to the experience, with up to 40 hours per week and no housing provided. Interns gain exposure to areas such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Project

Qualifications

• Pursuing full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with MAR process testing, narrative tracking, and dashboard work.
• Create and review Power BI dashboards for audits and reporting.
• Support policy tracking and document uploads; participate in meetings.
• Contribute to SME projects and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy and compliance standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork in a dynamic environment.
