Job summary

Excellus Health Plan Inc. announces a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program designed for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns engage in development workshops, work on meaningful projects, and are mentored by managers while exploring multiple tracks in business and IT disciplines.

The program runs from the first Monday in June to the second Friday in August, up to 40 hours per week. Housing is not provided; remote work is case-by-case.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating and scheduling with end users and managing basic tech support tasks.
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the laptop refresh program and prepare laptops in the Desktop Lab.
• Schedule time for employees to pick up new laptops in the Syracuse region.
• Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values.
