Education First in Thornwood, NY is seeking a Summer Campus Operations Coordinator to assist the Campus Manager, support staff, and ensure exceptional service for students.

You will coordinate arrivals, events such as orientations and graduation, and assist with student discipline alongside Campus leadership. Shifts include afternoons/evenings and some weekends, reflecting the seasonal nature of the role.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Administrative experience.
• Excels under pressure.
• Strong communicator.
• Able to work independently and lead a team with little oversight.
• Decisive – able to act fast and make informed decisions in the moment.
• Passionate about customer service and quality.
• Must be legally able to work in the U.S. (United States) or have a work permit.
• Applicants must be age 21 or older

Responsibilities

• Assist with campus operations and support the Campus Manager.
• Support local and international staff to ensure high student satisfaction.
• Manage arrivals/departures and events like orientations and graduation.
• Cover afternoon/evening shifts and some weekends.
• Liaise with other campus management teams such as: Academics, Activities, Student Experience, and Accommodations, to ensure overall student satisfaction.
• Organize and manage all documentation requirements per the Department of Health regulations.
