EF in Thornwood, NY seeks a Campus Operations Coordinator for the summer to support the Campus Manager, staff, and students. You will ensure high levels of service and satisfaction, coordinate arrivals, events, and documentation while liaising with Academics, Activities, and Housing teams.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent, administrative experience, and the ability to work independently and lead a team. Evening shifts and some weekends are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Campus Manager on all aspects of the campus and support staff.
• Handle student arrivals/departures and events like orientations and graduation.
• Manage student discipline and behavior concerns with Campus Manager.
• Work afternoon/evening shifts, including some weekends and front desk coverage.
• Assist with emergency situations and liaise with other campus teams.
• Organize documentation per Department of Health regulations.

About The Role

In this role, you will assist the Campus Manager on all aspects of the campus, support the local and international staff, and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.

Your key tasks will consist of, but not be limited to:

• Assist with student arrivals and departures andspecial eventslike orientations and graduation ceremonies.
• Work with the Campus Manager to handle student discipline and behavior concerns
• Be available to work afternoon and evening shifts, including some weekends and front desk coverage.
• Assist with any emergency situations, should they arise.
• Liaise with other campus management teams such as: Academics, Activities, Student Experience, and Accommodations, to ensure overall student satisfaction.
• Organize and manage all documentation requirements per the Department of Health regulations.
