Job summary

Education First is seeking a Campus Manager for Summer 2027 in Thornwood, NY. You will oversee daily campus operations, coach summer staff including Activity Leaders and ESL Teachers, and coordinate student arrivals and events.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends. You will liaise with regional teams, ensure compliance with EF policies, and deliver a memorable, safe, and organized program for students.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily campus operations and ensure smooth program delivery.
• Coach and evaluate summer staff including Activity Leaders and ESL Teachers.
• Coordinate staff hours, payroll, and weekly meetings.
• Manage student discipline and safety procedures.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures and events such as orientations.
• Liaise with Regional Operations and international sales teams.
• Ensure paperwork and EF regulations are followed.
