Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong digital, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and software aptitude.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive company vehicles.
• 1+ year of camping or customer service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage registration, communication, and housing for Camps and Conferences.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Maintain and manage an accurate database.
• Assist with follow-up calls to campers as part of the registration loop.
• Other tasks as directed.
