Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our on-site summer camp facilities across the United States. You will oversee daily culinary operations, manage staff, budgets, and allergen safety, ensuring top-quality, scratch-cooked meals for campers and staff in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site, live-in position requires a minimum 6-day/70-hour week during the May–Sept contract, with competitive pay, a performance bonus, and full room & board provided

Formación

• Minimum 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role.
• ServSafe Manager Certification with Allergens knowledge required.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand long hours in a hot kitchen and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee daily culinary operations, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking execution, and timely meal service.
• Strictly manage food allergy protocols and maintain top Health Department sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, place food orders, control budgets, track daily reporting.
• Serve as the main liaison between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
