Job summary

Wolfoods seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our on-site summer camp facilities. You will oversee daily culinary operations, staff management, budgeting, and strict allergen safety protocols in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This is a seasonal, live-in position with full room & board, competitive pay, a performance bonus, and travel allowance. The role requires flexibility to work long hours six days a week in rustic camp settings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certified; Allergens knowledge required before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff to maintain high energy and quality.
• Oversee culinary operations, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking, and timely meal service.
• Manage allergen safety protocols (Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan) and health sanitation standards.
• Handle inventory, orders, budgeting, and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
