Job summary

Mount Hermon Association Incorporated is seeking a PL Forum Coordinator to lead and oversee forum programming for junior high and high school campers, aligning with MHA’s mission and values. You will collaborate with the Ponderosa Program Intern to model Christ-centered growth and oversee curriculum, worship sets, skits, and ministry teams across multiple camp sessions.

You will supervise the Forum Assistant Lead, work with the Leadership Team, and participate in weekly planning and evaluations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership in youth programming and camp ministry.
• Ability to articulate the gospel and model Christian character.
• Attention to safety, procedures and camp standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute forum programs for junior high and high school campers.
• Coordinate worship sets, skits, and speakers.
• Support the Band Lead with worship planning.
• Direct Real Life and Program skits.
• Lead Forum Assistant Lead and train staff.
• Meet daily with Leadership Team and supervisor.
• Conduct mid-summer evaluations of the program and staff.
