Job summary

Mount Hermon Association Incorporated seeks an Activities Coordinator for The Ponderosa Lodge to lead daily camp activities with a team of leads. The role models a Christ-centered lifestyle, nurturing campers’ spiritual growth through program activities and curriculum aligned with MHA’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating youth programs and activities.
• Strong background in ministry leadership.
• Ability to articulate the gospel of Jesus Christ.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required before arriving at camp.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute quality activities for junior high and high school campers, ensuring holistic objectives.
• Organize cabin activities and sign-ups with Counselor Leads.
• Directly lead PL Activity Leads (Recreation, Ropes, Lifeguard, Crafts) with training and empowerment.
• Provide budget oversight and accountability for activities.
