Job summary

Mount Hermon Association is seeking a Summer Staff Forum Coordinator for the Ponderosa Lodge to plan and execute engaging forum programs for junior high and high school campers, including worship, skits, and speakers. The role requires leadership in ministry settings and active involvement with the camp’s leadership team.

Qualifications

• Must be CPR/First Aid certified (before arriving at camp).
• Current valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute forum programs for junior high and high school campers, including worship sets, skits, and speakers.
• Support the PL Band Lead in planning and executing worship sets.
• Support the weekly speaker by meeting their needs during the week.
• Cast and direct Real Life and Program skits.
• Direct the Forum Assistant Lead, providing training and empowerment.
• Coordinate with the PL Leadership Team for weekly/daily program execution.
