Job summary

Shu-Ren-International-School- seeks an organized Enrichment & Summer Camp Coordinator to oversee Summer Camp, After-School Enrichment, Vacation Camps, and Extended Learning programs. You will coordinate staff, registrations, and family communications to deliver engaging student experiences.

You will collaborate with leadership and teachers to plan, schedule, and execute programs, while managing budgets, safety, and documentation across multiple services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience coordinating programs, camps, enrichment or related activities.
• Experience working with school-age children and families in school/camp settings.
• Experience coordinating staff, instructors, vendors, schedules, or program logistics.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with registration/scheduling systems.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; background screening completed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and implementation of engaging summer camp programs aligned with student interests and goals.
• Manage registration, enrollment, family inquiries, and program communications.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling of camp counselors and staff.
• Oversee daily camp operations including arrival, attendance, activities, transitions, and safety procedures.
• Assist with camp budgets, purchasing, supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Maintain records and track enrollment, attendance, and program feedback.
• Coordinate a diverse roster of after-school enrichment courses and instructor relations.
• Manage course registration, schedules, catalogs, and family communications.
• Support front-desk coverage and general campus administrative tasks.
