Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an organized, energetic Enrichment & Summer Camp Coordinator to oversee Summer Camp, After-School Enrichment, Vacation Camps, and Extended Learning programs. The role involves coordinating staff, engaging families, and delivering well-structured experiences for students in a busy school environment.

You will work with school leadership to plan, implement, and evaluate programs, ensuring smooth operations from planning through execution and maintaining accurate records

Qualifications

• 2+ years of coordinating programs, camps, enrichment, education, childcare, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and implementation of summer camp programs aligned with student interests and school goals.
• Manage registration, enrollment, family inquiries, and program communications.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling of camp staff.
• Oversee daily camp operations, including arrival/dismissal, attendance, activities, transitions, and safety procedures.
• Assist with budgets, purchasing, supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Maintain records and track enrollment, attendance, and program data.
• Coordinate after-school enrichment courses and staff/instructor communications.
• Plan full-day and multi-day programs during school breaks; manage staffing and logistics.
