Job summary

Kidcam Camp Programs is seeking a Program Director to design and deliver a dynamic camp experience, planning weekly schedules and activities that are engaging and age-appropriate.

You will oversee daily programming, ensure smooth implementation, manage supplies and equipment, and lead staff through training and supervision to maintain high-quality programming.

This role also handles post-camp tasks such as records, inventory, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design weekly schedules and activities ensuring engagement and age-appropriateness.
• Organize staff training and facilitate activities, games, and transitions.
• Oversee daily programming flow, ensuring timely and smooth implementation.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and logistics for special events, field trips, and transportation.
• Close out program records, inventory supplies and equipment, and provide post-camp feedback for improvement.
