Depending on your experience and interests, you may focus primarily on photography, multimedia content creation, written storytelling and communications, or a combination of these areas.

Our Counselor positions are residential and include on‑site housing and meals during employment, making this a great opportunity for individuals who live outside the immediate area, including those from other states! True Friends also offers transportation options from MSP Airport and designated bus stations to help you get to camp.

What You Might Do
  • Capture authentic photo and video content of campers, staff, activities, events, and daily camp life
  • Conduct interviews with campers, families, staff, volunteers, and community partners
  • Develop written stories and content for websites, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and other communications

  • Assist with social media content planning and storytelling
