Job summary

Mount Hermon Association Incorporated seeks a dedicated RWC Adventure Lead to develop and oversee recreation facilities and adventure activities for campers and youth groups. Qualifications

• High school graduate; 1 year of college experience preferred.
• Level 2 Challenge Course certification preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required before arriving at camp.
• Must possess a valid current driver’s license and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set up and take down of daily recreation and adventure activities.
• Develop and oversee operation of RWC recreation facilities and adventure facilities.
• Assist in cook-out program as well as teambuilding workshops.
• Lead recreation activities and supervision to provide counselors with tools to create activities for youth.
• Oversee recreation facilities maintenance and report on equipment needs.
