Job summary

Mount Hermon Association Incorporated seeks a Kidder Creek Wilderness/Adventure Trip Lead to host and guide adventure groups, rivers, ropes courses and rock climbing with a focus on safety and missional outcomes.

You will lead campers and staff, conduct daily meetings, supervise equipment, and transport participants while fostering a Christ-centered environment aligned with MHA’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Must be CPR/WFR certified prior to arrival at camp.
• WFA/WAFA or EMT certification may be acceptable.
• Completion of KC River Guide School and Swift Water Rescue prior to summer.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily staff meetings and coordinate on-site responsibilities.
• Ensure safety and care of adventure equipment and activities.
• Transport campers to wilderness, river and camp activities.
• Host Outback river groups and KC programs when needed.
• Lead spiritual programming and debriefs linking activities to Biblical truth.
