Job summary

The Kidder Creek Adventure Camp Lead at Mount Hermon Association, Inc. is responsible for managing Kidder Creek Camp programs, supervising counselors, mentoring staff, and coordinating logistics to ensure a fun, safe and God-glorifying experience in line with MHA’s Mission, Vision and Values.

This ministerial position emphasizes leadership, camp safety, and collaboration with KC and Camp Hope staff to deliver engaging experiences for campers.

Qualifications

• Requires CPR/First Aid certification prior to arriving at camp.
• At least 2 years’ college experience preferred.
• Must be 21 or older with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Adventure Camp programming and scheduling as presented by KC Leadership.
• Lead counselors and campers by communicating responsibilities and needs to all staff.
• Lead staff meetings, program activities, and campfire times.
• Ensure the safety and organization of all staff and campers in Adventure Camp.
• Attend staff meetings and events.
• Work in partnership with Camp Hope Leadership during Camp Hope weeks.
