Job summary

Mount Hermon Association Incorporated's Redwood Camp (RWC) seeks an Activities Lead to partner with the RWC Director and Children's Ministries Director to design and oversee the RWC program in line with MHA's mission.

You will coordinate daily activities, manage equipment, supervise counselors, and support all camp programs with leadership, empathy, and clear instruction in a Christian camp setting.

Qualifications

• Must be CPR/First Aid certified prior to arriving at camp.
• Must be at least 18 years old due to onsite community living.
• Experience leading youth groups or camp programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, direct, and oversee the RWC program.
• Coordinate daily activities and games to promote teamwork and participation.
• Maintain inventory of recreational equipment and report needs.
• Share in camp program-related projects and duties.
