This 12-week internship offers exposure to corporate accounting and finance, with hands-on assignments and mentorship within our Financial Transactions and Policy team. The role emphasizes real-world project work, including an Assets/Liabilities review, use of Excel and Oracle Smart View, and interaction with global finance contacts.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 or equivalent.
• Demonstrated internship, work, or extracurricular participation.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial analyses, SEC filings, and tie-outs of 10-Qs and earnings releases; document SOX controls.
• Use accounting systems (Smart View) for monthly close and consolidation.
• Review internal policies (SOPs and Financial Management Handbook) and GAAP requirements.
• Interact with global finance contacts to validate balances and fluctuations.
• Attend information sessions with Senior Leadership.
