Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA, invites motivated students to join our Summer 2027 FP&A internship.

You will become part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team and gain exposure to real-world financial issues while contributing to an impactful internship project. During a 12-week program, you’ll support monthly and quarterly reporting, data gathering, and process improvements, with opportunities to analyze markets, products, and profitability, and present recommendations to senior

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Math, or related field with an expected graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
Demonstrated internship, work, research, or extracurricular participation
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and understanding of Financial Reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Responsibilities

Support monthly and quarterly reporting for senior management review.
Manage critical source files and processes for data collection and reporting.
Contribute to FP&A process and system improvement projects.
Derive business insights from financial and strategic analysis and present recommendations.
Review monthly actual, forecast, and plan performance and explain deviations.
