As a **Technology Intern**, you’ll apply your Materials Science and Engineering knowledge to real-world manufacturing challenges. You’ll work with plant teams to investigate material defects, analyze mechanical and metallography data, and monitor experimental material processing to identify trends and support improvements.### **What You’ll Work On**Depending on your project assignment, you may:* **Investigate material defects** throughout the plant to help determine their source and recommend process changes to reduce defect occurrence.* **Analyze mechanical and metallography data** against processing history to identify trends and processing conditions associated with unacceptable results.* **Observe and monitor experimental material lots** throughout processing to measure improvements and respond to unforeseen processing challenges.* Apply materials science principles and data analysis to support **manufacturing process improvements**.* Collaborate with technical and plant personnel to communicate findings and develop potential solutions.### **What You’ll Gain**1.
