Ally Financial is offering an 11-week paid internship designed to bridge education and real-world business experience. You will gain hands-on exposure to diverse teams nationwide, interact with leadership, and participate in mentoring programs and project-based work.

Successful interns may return to Ally in the Early Talent Program or pursue a full-time role. The program emphasizes leadership development, collaboration, and practical learning opportunities across multiple finance-related areas.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior (during the time of internship) in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Major/Course of Study: Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates Analytical Thinking, Collaboration, Learning Agility.
• Available for the full duration of the internship program.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience and project-based work.
• Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort.
• Participate in Mentoring Program and Giving Back Events.
• Network with peers, your team, and Ally's you find interesting.
• Lead an end of assignment presentation.
