Job summary

Ally Financial offers an 11-week paid internship designed to bridge school and business. You’ll work on project-based tasks across underwriting and dealer management, with mentors and leadership exposure. The program runs May 25th – July 30th, 2024, totaling 40 hours per week with a mix of in-office and remote days.

Eligible students receive a sign-on bonus and housing assistance where qualified. The experience aims to move you from educated to experienced by connecting you with diverse teams

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program.
• Major/Course of Study: Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates Analytical Thinking, Collaboration, Learning Agility.
• Available for the full duration of the internship.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience and project-based work with diverse teams.
• Participate in Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions.
• Engage in Mentoring Program and Giving Back Events.
• Network with peers, your team, and mentors across the company.
• Present end-of-assignment findings to leadership.
