Job summary

Ally Financial is offering an 11-week paid internship in Consumer Banking within the Customer Care & Operations organization. You will gain hands-on experience, work on project-based tasks, attend orientations and networking sessions, and participate in mentoring and giving-back events.

Interns will support leadership, develop problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, and may return to Ally in an Early Talent Program or a full-time role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior (during the time of internship) in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available for the full duration of the internship program.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
• A passion for the financial services and technology industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Deposit and Invest Customer Care leadership team by analyzing operational performance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with initiatives that improve the customer and employee experience.
• Engage in project-based work and networking with peers and teams across Ally.
