Job summary

Ally offers an 11-week paid internship designed to move students from educated to expert. You’ll gain hands-on, project-based experience within the Customer Care & Operations Transformation and Consumer Banking teams, with mentorship and cross-functional exposure.

You’ll participate in Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and mentoring, plus an end-of-assignment presentation. The role is hybrid, with in-office and remote days, and there is potential to return to Ally in a full-time program or

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior (during the time of internship) in a full‑time undergraduate program.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Available for the full duration of the internship program.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
• A passion for the financial services and technology industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Have hands on experience and project-based work.
• Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort.
• Participate in Mentoring Program and Giving Back Events.
• Network with your peers, your team, and those Allys you find interesting.
• Lead an end of assignment presentation.
