Job summary

Ally Financial offers an 11-week paid internship designed to move students from educated to experienced by connecting you with diverse teams and leaders nationwide. You will gain hands-on, project-based experience, participate in mentoring programs and networking events, and have access to leadership talks and structured training.

The program provides market-competitive compensation, a sign-on bonus, housing assistance for applicable interns, and a blend of in-office and remote days.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior in an undergraduate program.
• Major/Study: Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates Analytical Thinking, Collaboration, Learning Agility.
• Available for the full duration of the internship.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Test drive tools in educational toolbox and learn new skills.
• Interact with Ally’s leadership and mentors across the company.
• Engage in project-based work and deliver end-of-assignment presentation.
• Attend Orientation and Executive Speaking Series during the internship.
• Network with peers and mentors across teams and locations.
• Support the intern cohort and participate in mentoring and giving back events.
