Job summary

Ally Financial's Internship Program offers an 11-week paid internship designed to move you from educated to expert. You’ll work on Consumer Banking projects, gain hands-on experience, and interact with Ally leadership to learn from personal successes.

The program runs May 21 – July 31, 2027, with 40 hours per week, a mix of in-office and remote days. Successful interns may return to Ally in an Early Talent Program or a full-time role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on, project-based work.
• Attend orientation and executive speaking series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort.
• Mentoring program participation and Giving Back events.
• Network with peers, your team, and those Allys you find exciting.
• Own an end of assignment presentation.
