Job summary

UEC in Williamson, NY seeks an undergraduate student in Supply Chain/Logistics to support site warehouse leadership, data collection with the manufacturing team, and coordination with a 3rd party storage provider.

This role runs 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, offers $31 per hour, paid bi-weekly, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus within 30 days; you will develop cross-functional collaboration and gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations and process mapping.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled full-time in a relevant field.
• Available to work 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (listening, written, verbal).
• Able to work cross-functionally and be self-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, data collection, and process mapping.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

About You

The company is looking for:

• Undergraduate student currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university, majoring in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Logistics
• Availability to work 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills including listening, written, and verbal abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of general warehouse operations, data collection, and process mapping
• Work authorization in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation & Benefits

• $31.00 per hour
