Job summary

Shine BrightX LLC in Williamson, NY is seeking an undergraduate student for a hands‑on internship in supply chain operations. You will support storage planning with warehouse leadership, and partner with the manufacturing team to collect data and map processes.

The role requires 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. A $2,500 sign‑on bonus is paid within the first 30 days of employment.

Your Role

About You

The company is looking for:

• Undergraduate student currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university, majoring in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Logistics
• Availability to work 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills including listening, written, and verbal abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of general warehouse operations, data collection, and process mapping
• Work authorization in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation & Benefits

• $31.00 per hour
• Paid bi-weekly
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid within first 30 days of employment
