Job summary

UEC in Los Angeles offers a hands-on internship within its Supply Chain and Sales Operations teams. You will rotate through Inventory Analysis, Layout & Space Utilization, and Order Picking, with weeks 1–3 in hands-on training before project work weeks 4–10.

You will work 40 hours per week, 8am–5pm, and have opportunities to present to mentors and executives, gaining broad exposure to operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time undergraduate student in junior year.
• Majors include Engineering, Operations/Logistics, or related fields.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Complete a project focused on Inventory Analysis, Layout & Space Utilization, Order Picking Efficiency, Technology Integration, or Process Controls.

• Work alongside a manager, mentor, and a peer intern on assigned projects.
• Gain experience in Warehouse Operations, Fleet, Transportation, and Sales.
• Lead projects and collaborate with experienced professionals to learn various aspects of Supply Chain and Sales Operations.
• Engage cross-functionally with different departments to understand career opportunities in Operations.
• Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and organizational leaders.
• Receive professional development training including networking, skills development, and presenting.
• Complete and present a project to your team, department vice president, and other stakeholders.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Currently enrolled full-time undergraduate students in their junior year, expecting to graduate in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Majors include Engineering, Food Science, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership & Supervision, Business Management, or related fields.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm).
• Geographic mobility is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills including listening, written, and verbal abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods or beverage industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a cross-functional environment.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation & Benefits

• $28.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid within 30 days of employment.
