NWU in Williamson, NY is seeking a full-time, undergraduate intern to support supply chain activities. You will work with warehouse leadership on storage needs and with manufacturing to collect data, while coordinating with a 3rd party storage provider to optimize the path forward.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Work with site warehouse leadership on storage needs

• Track productive time versus UPDT

About You

The company is looking for:

• Undergraduate student currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university, majoring in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Logistics
• Availability to work 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills including listening, written, and verbal abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of general warehouse operations, data collection, and process mapping
• Work authorization in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation & Benefits

• $31.00 per hour
• Paid bi-weekly
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid within first 30 days of employment
