Job summary

Blusource is seeking a proactive Human Resources Intern to support onboarding 100+ seasonal employees this summer. You’ll work closely with our HR team on recruitment, events, onboarding, and admin tasks. This role offers hands-on experience and a chance to contribute meaningfully from day one.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, with two HR courses completed and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.

What You’ll do:We’re looking for a positive, high energy person to join our HR team to assist with onboarding 100+ seasonal employees for our summer season. As our Human Resources Intern, you will be working alongside our Human Resources department. The goal for this position is to implement your talents to drive Blusource forward and provide organizational structure to help meet business needs. We want YOU to have an opportunity to lead!
