As an HR intern you will update employee history, assist with succession planning, onboarding improvements, and develop interview guides. Eligible juniors or seniors pursuing HR or a related degree, with strong Excel and communication skills, are encouraged to

• Currently a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Updating job history for employees
• Career Mapping for Legal / IT / Finance and finalizing HR
• Assist with any early career administration needs
• Complete Succession Planning list for upcoming talent reviews – work with Division Presidents and Functional Leaders on finalization
• Enterprise-wide onboarding improvements
• Establish standard Interview Guide template and interview question library for non-technical competencies
• Other responsibilities as assigned
