Creative Artists Agency (CAA ICON) is seeking a Construction Project Management Intern for Summer 2027 in Charlotte, NC. This in-person internship runs May 17, 2027 through August 6, 2027, full-time, paid, with a housing stipend for non-local students and a provided laptop.

The role supports the owner’s representative and project team with document control, scheduling, budget tracking, site tours, and coordination with subcontractors.

Formación

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field with 3.0+ GPA preferred.
• Strong technical skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Bluebeam.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project is preferred; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in daily project support activities, including meetings, note taking, and document control.
• Maintain project master calendar and coordinate schedules, invites, and conference lines.
• Support budget tracking, cost reporting, and procurement processes (POs/COs).
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and coordination with subcontractors and vendors.
• Capture site photos, participate in tours, and assist in data collection for schedules.
