Job summary

Creative Artists Agency (CAA ICON) invites you to join as a Summer 2027 Intern in Salt Lake City, UT. This in-person, paid internship runs May 17, 2027 – August 6, 2027. Interns receive a housing stipend if not local and a provided laptop to support project work.

You will assist with daily operations, schedule management, document control, site visits, and coordination with subcontractors and vendors. Strong communication, organization, and basic knowledge of building construction are valued;

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, with expected graduation 2027/2028.

Responsibilities

• Support daily needs: deliveries, scanning, and document control.
• Maintain a master project calendar and manage meetings and invites.
• Assist with file maintenance, meeting minutes, and event planning.
• Help obtain project data to establish schedules and monitor costs.
• Assist with contract administration, RFIs, and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site staff; support site tours and photos.
