Job summary

CAA ICON Owner's Representative / Construction Project Management Intern - Summer 2027 OKC is a hands‑on, in‑person internship in Oklahoma City. You will support daily operations, binders, meetings, and project data while gaining exposure to construction methodology and stadium technology.

You will work with a collaborative team, assist in schedules and budgets, and participate in site tours. This paid internship runs May 17, 2027 – August 6, 2027, with a housing stipend for non‑local interns

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Expected graduation date Spring/Summer 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel; knowledge of Bluebeam a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily needs: deliveries, scanning, document development, tracking logs.
• Maintain a master project calendar and manage meetings and invites.
• Assist with file maintenance and meeting minutes.
• Participate in event planning and project data gathering.
• Help monitor budgets, contracting costs, and expenditures.
• Assist with contract administration, correspondence and document control.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and coordination of subcontractors and vendors.
• Support site tours, photo capture, and client communication updates.
• Review purchase orders and change orders for timely submission.
• Gain exposure to construction methods, stadium technology, LEED, design, sponsorship, and operations.
