CAA ICON invites rising juniors or seniors to join as a Construction Project Management Intern for Summer 2027 in Washington DC. This in-person, paid internship offers hands-on exposure to project coordination, document control, budgets, and site tours, under the guidance of the project team.

You'll gain experience across feasibility, planning, scheduling, LEED, and construction methodologies while supporting day-to-day operations and client communications.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; expected graduation Spring/Summer 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Strong technical skills with MS Word, Outlook, Excel; Bluebeam knowledge preferred.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support daily needs: deliveries, scanning, document development, tracking logs.
• Coordinate and maintain a master project calendar; manage meetings and invites.
• Assist with file maintenance and meeting minutes.
• Attend meetings and take notes; prepare project data for schedules.
• Assist with event planning and contract administration tasks.
• Support data collection for budget monitoring and cost forecasting.
• Assist with RFIs, subcontracts, and coordination among vendors and staff.
• Navigate and markup architectural drawings; participate in site tours.
• Capture site photos and help with PO and CO processing.
