Job summary

CAA ICON in Salt Lake City is seeking a collaborative, detail‑oriented intern for Summer 2027. You will support project teams with documentation, scheduling, coordination, and client-facing tasks, gaining exposure to construction methodologies and LEED practices.

This in‑person internship offers professional development opportunities, a housing stipend, and a provided laptop. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a relevant program, plan to graduate in 2027 or 2028, and demonstrate strong

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; graduation Spring/Summer/Fall 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily needs including deliveries, scanning, and document development.
• Coordinate and maintain a master calendar for the project team.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and keep minutes as required.
• Assist with event planning and site tours when applicable.
• Assist with data to establish project schedules and monitor budgets.
