Job summary

IAT Insurance Group is offering a Business Application Support Intern opportunity in our Naperville, IL, Rolling Meadows, IL, or Milwaukee, WI locations for Summer 2027. The internship runs May 24th to July 30th with a hybrid schedule, in-office Monday through Wednesday and remote Thursday and Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at Naperville, IL or Rolling Meadows, IL or Milwaukee, WI office without housing or relocation assistance.
• Must complete the full 10-week internship (May 24–July 30).
• Rising undergraduate sophomore, junior or senior.
• Ability to quickly learn IAT systems.
• Problem solver.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical resources.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently.
• Authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support various business units utilizing Enterprise systems.
• Assist with preparation for training materials and job aid updates.
• Research resolutions and assist BAS and Service Desk analysts.
• Assist with monthly system Release Notes preparation.
• Be involved with and possibly responsible for various projects for the support teams.
• Troubleshoot various system issues as part of the Service Desk team.
• Perform other duties as needed.
