Qualifications

• Must be able to work at Naperville, IL; Rolling Meadows, IL; or Milwaukee, WI office.
• Complete full 10-week internship (May 24–July 30).
• Rising undergraduate sophomore, junior, or senior.
• Ability to quickly learn IAT systems.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical resources.
• Authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support various business units using Enterprise systems.
• Prepare training materials and update job aids.
• Research resolutions and assist BAS and Service Desk analysts.
• Assist with monthly system Release Notes.
• Participate in projects for the support teams.
• Troubleshoot system issues with the Service Desk.
• Perform other duties as needed.
