Job summary

IAT Insurance Group (IAT) invites students to join the Business Application Support Intern program in Naperville, IL, Rolling Meadows, IL, or Milwaukee, WI for summer 2027. The internship runs May 24, 2027 through July 30, 2027, with a hybrid schedule: in-office Monday through Wednesday, remote Thursday and Friday.

This role supports enterprise systems across business units, assists with training materials, researches resolutions with BAS and Service Desk analysts, and helps prepare monthly

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at Naperville, IL, Rolling Meadows, IL or Milwaukee, WI office without housing or relocation assistance.
• Must complete the 10-week internship May 24–July 30, 2027.
• Ability to quickly learn IAT systems.
• Problem solver.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical resources.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require VISA sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support various business units utilizing our Enterprise systems.
• Assist with preparation for training materials and job aid updates.
• Research resolutions and assist BAS and Service Desk analysts.
• Assist with monthly system Release Notes preparation.
• Be involved with and possibly responsible for various projects for the support teams.
• Troubleshoot various system issues as part of the Service Desk team.
• Perform other duties as needed.
