• Supervise and support premium hospitality staff during events.
• Conduct pre-event briefings.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Oversee event‑day operations.
• Coordinate with catering, operations, security, and facilities teams.
• Monitor staffing levels and deploy staff effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with venue policies and alcohol service regulations.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.

Ryan Field is seeking a passionate, hospitality-driven Ryan Field Suites Supervisor to oversee luxury service within our premium suites and VIP hospitality areas. This role plays a critical leadership role in creating memorable guest experiences by leading team members, ensuring exceptional service standards, and maintaining seamless operations during events. At Ryan Field, we are building a world‑class game day and event experience.and this role is instrumental in creating memorable moments for guests, donors, season ticket holders, sponsors, and visitors.
