Job summary

Levy Sector at Ryan Field is seeking a Concession Stand Attendant to deliver outstanding guest service, prepare and serve food and beverages, and manage transactions in a fast-paced concession environment.

You will ensure food safety, stock products, and maintain a welcoming experience for guests during game days and events. This role supports efficient concession operations and requires adherence to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders and accurately process customer transactions.
• Prepare and serve concession items according to established procedures.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle credit card and mobile payments.
• Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Restock food, beverages, condiments, and supplies as needed.
• Keep concession stands, food preparation areas, and customer service areas clean and organized.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when supplies are low.

Job Summary

At Ryan Field, we are building a world-class game day and event experience and this role is instrumental in creating memorable moments for guests, donors, season ticket holders, sponsors, and visitors. The Concession Stand Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a concession environment. This position supports efficient concession operations by handling transactions, maintaining food safety standards, stocking products, and ensuring a clean and welcoming experience for guests.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders and accurately process customer transactions.
• Prepare and serve concession items according to established procedures.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, and handle credit card, and mobile payments.
• Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Restock food, beverages, condiments, and supplies as needed.
• Keep concession stands, food preparation areas, and customer service areas clean and organized.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when supplies are low.
• Assist with opening and closing concession operations.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve routine service concerns.
• Follow company policies, health department regulations, and workplace safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
