About The Role

The Chicago Bears are looking for a highly motivated and coachable individual with a passion for hospitality, service, and event management. We are currently hiring a Suite Service Coordinator responsible for supporting the client retention and acquisition efforts of the Chicago Bears Suite Sales & Service Department. This role works directly with the Manager of Suite Service to enhance and execute a best-in-class year-round service and retention program for every Suite and Skyline partner. The Suite Service Coordinator will work out of our downtown Chicago office (123 N. Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL) as well as all Chicago Bears home games.

Responsibilities
  • Supports the execution of key projects, communicates with clients, activates contracted benefits for gameday and non-gameday events, processes and fulfills suite sales for home games and third-party events, and helps the team achieve its short-term and long-term goals.
  • Proactively serves as a designated point of contact for suite and skyline suite partners while providing customer service quality control.
  • Supports the team in all partnership activation and retention efforts including benefit fulfillment, event conception and planning, project management, and client meetings.
  • Works closely with the Director of Suite Sales & Services and Manager of Suite Service on business development and client retention strategy.
  • Tracks and manages account relationships, consumer and enterprise data, and deals in CRM software.
  • Processes and fulfills sales inventory through ticketing software.
  • Contributes creatively to new experiences, special events, and industry best practices for retention and engagement among premium clientele.
  • Assists in hiring, training, and organizing the premium hospitality gameday staff.
  • Supports all gameday operations related to the PNC Executive Suites and Skyline Suite, including setup, closing, and supervising staff.
  • Sources and fulfills client and prospect personalized gifting projects.
  • Works closely with Stadium Operations to ensure Suites and Skyline spaces are always in premium condition and client-ready prior to gameday and events.
  • Operates the Suite Management Office at every home game, responds to customer service requests from suite guests, and coordinates with other departments to ensure requests are fulfilled promptly.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, client services, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, especially during home games.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, flexible, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in sports/entertainment, events, or marketing is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software like Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
