Job summary

Nps Llc in Foxborough, MA, seeks a Suite Busser to join the stadium hospitality team. You will work with the Suite Attendant to provide first-class service to luxury suite guests during events.

Responsibilities include setting up suites, delivering food and beverages, bussing tables, and ensuring clean, organized service areas. You will support food safety standards and coordinate with the pantry expeditor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume catering or full-service dining.
• Knowledge of food service and table standards preferred.
• Able to communicate in English, written and verbal.
• Professional demeanor and appearance; detail oriented.
• Flexible schedule; weekends/holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Suite Attendant to deliver first class service to Luxury Suite guests.
• Set up Suite events with attention to service standards.
• Buss and clear suites, handle food safety and deliveries.
• Break down and clean equipment after events.
• Coordinate timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Support pantry expeditor to maintain quality controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY: The Suite Busser works in cooperation with the Suite Attendant to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external Suite guests.
