SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) seeks a Suicide Prevention Coordinator to manage behavioral health grant programming, plan and evaluate interventions, and advocate for grant-funded services across the SEARHC region. Qualifications

• Associates degree required or 2 years in health/social services may substitute for degree.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred to advance in this role.
• Leadership training or certification is a plus and may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer health education strategies, interventions, and programs per approved work plans.
• Communicate and advocate for behavioral health, applying diverse communication methods to gain support.
• Track and report budgets for multiple grants following grantor requirements and SEARHC systems.
• Develop and submit grant reports and assist in grant writing with support from SEARHC grant writers.
