Job summary

IT’SUGAR is looking for a fun and dynamic Retail Keyholder to join our team. As the premier “SUGARTAINER,” you will deliver a SWEET customer experience while managing store duties including sales floor merchandising, product knowledge, and register responsibilities.

You may open or close the store as needed. Ideal candidates are 18+, with a HS diploma (or equivalent) and at least 6 months of retail experience, and must be able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, and work a flexible

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Years of Experience: 6 months in a similar retail role preferred.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to use a POS/cash register.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs; up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide a humorous escape and deliver a SWEET customer experience.
• Assist customers with requests and inquiries.
• Follow our SUGARTAINMENT customer engagement model.
• Ensure sales floor is clean and organized while maintaining visual standards.
• Operate POS/register to cash out customers.
• Open or close the store as needed.
• Merchandise displays to visual guidelines.
• Assist in set-up for special events and promotions.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and report LP issues.
• Perform store operations tasks such as cleaning and restocking.
